Rocca dei Forti has received a new and important recognition by entering into Luca Maroni’s Best Italian Wines Yearbook, the annual publication by the most famous Italian expert in wine sensory analysis.
Rocca dei Forti Cuvée n°1 2021 scored 93 points, Prosecco Doc 90 points, Verdicchio Doc 92 points, and Prosecco Doc Rosé Millesimato 2020 scored the highest with 94 points.
Prosecco Doc Rosé was already in the spotlight, winning a prestigious silver medal at the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles, which this year took place in Valladolid, Spain, in the special session dedicated to Rosé wines.
Other silver medals were awarded during the spring session of Mundus Vini, the Grand International German Wine Award. In fact, in March Rocca dei Forti Verdicchio Doc and Rocca dei Forti Ribolla Gialla Millesimato (vintage) 2020 both made the podium.
Rocca dei Forti sparkling wines were also highly ranked at the Decanter World Wine Awards, a competition organized and promoted by Decanter, the leading wine media brand in the world. Rocca dei Forti Ribolla Gialla Millesimato (vintage) 2021 won the silver medal, while Rocca dei Forti Verdicchio Doc and Rocca dei Forti Cuvée N°1 Millesimato (vintage) 2021 brought home a bronze medal each.
Once again, this year Rocca dei Forti sparkling wines have further demonstrated to be excellent products in both Italian and international competitions, able to amaze expert enologists and sommeliers that every year are called to judge the best wines.
