Preparation
- Soak the gelatin in very cold water for at least 10 minutes so that it rehydrates and softens.
- In the meantime, pour the cream into a small pot, and heat adding granulated sugar and melted or finely chopped dark chocolate.
- Wisk until fully melted and add the drained and squeezed food gelatin.
- Now, pour the mixture into cups and place in fridge to set for 2-3 hours.
- Before serving, whip a little cream as decoration, along with some dark chocolate curls.
