Preparation
1.Clean Sea Bream
Oil for seasoning:
- Finely chop the garlic clove and parsley (2 tablespoons) and place in a small bowl.
- Add 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil and mix.
For the stuffing: - Brush the inside of the sea bream with the freshly prepared oil and add plenty of salt and pepper.
- Fill the belly with the herbs: 1 sprig of rosemary, 1 of thyme, 1 bay leaf and 1 lemon slice, cut in half.
Cook - Grill the sea bream, once ready fillet immediately and serve.
